Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Grapevinee. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Your content

You own what you add. You grant us a limited license to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store information about the people you add, and for using it respectfully.

3. Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, scraping, or bulk unsolicited outreach.
• No attempts to access other users’ data or to disrupt the service.
• No unlawful content or use.

4. AI features

AI suggestions can be wrong. Review details before saving; you remain responsible for what you save and send.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep Grapevinee available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, after notice where reasonable.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact
