Grapevinee is a relationship management app that helps you remember people, keep context like notes and last touch, get gentle nudges when it’s time to reconnect, and make warm introductions with permission.

It puts the relationship first, not a pipeline. Instead of heavy data entry, you capture a quick note, scan a card or speak a thought, and it quietly reminds you when a connection is fading. Introductions go through people who know you, and only with a yes at every step.

In other words, a personal CRM for the people in your life. How it differs from a sales CRM or a contacts app.

The name is spelled Grapevinee, with two e’s at the end.

They’re private to your account. Other Grapevinee members never see the people you add or your notes about them. Our support tools can’t open your notes or messages, and every time our staff open an account, we record who looked and when. Grapevinee is not end-to-end encrypted, so the Privacy Policy says exactly who could reach stored data, and when.

No. Grapevinee doesn’t email, text or invite anyone because you added them. If you’d like someone on Grapevinee, you can send them your own invitation, and it’s up to them whether to join.

You ask a friend who knows the person. Your friend decides first: the person you want to meet sees your request only after your friend approves it, and then they decide. A shared conversation opens only when everyone has said yes. If someone says no, nobody is told who.

Yes. Introductions happen between Grapevinee members. You connect with friends by sharing your personal link or QR code, and then you can ask one of them to introduce you to someone they know.

Each person on your vine has a rhythm: how often you’d like to be in touch with them. Choose every 10 days, every 2 weeks, every month, every 3 months, or no rhythm, and you can pause one at any time. Their grape dims through seven stages across that rhythm. Log a call, message, meeting or email with them and it’s bright again; opening their page doesn’t count.

With no rhythm, a grape never dims. Dimming is a reminder, not a judgment: there are no streaks and no scores.

Choose Add, then say who you met and what you talked about, scan their business card, type a sentence, or simply enter a name. For a voice note, a card or a typed sentence, Grapevinee fills in the details, and you check them before anything is saved. Those three use our AI provider, so Grapevinee asks you first, and neither we nor our AI provider trains AI models on your content. To bring in many people at once, import a contacts file; only the people you pick are saved.

Yes: encrypted in transit and at rest; not end-to-end. Everything you keep travels over an encrypted connection and is stored encrypted. Because it isn’t end-to-end encrypted, a very small number of our engineers with production database access could technically reach stored data. They do so only when it’s needed to run or secure Grapevinee, or when the law requires it, and that access is restricted and logged. The Privacy Policy has the details.

We don’t sell personal information. The free version may show ads; Pro doesn’t. An ad is never chosen from your contacts, notes, messages or anyone in your network, and nothing about you is used for ads unless you say yes, which you can change at any time.

No. Neither we nor our AI provider trains AI models on your content: the people you add, your notes or your messages.

Yes. In Settings, under Data & security, you can download everything as a file, or delete your account and all of its data for good. If you can’t sign in, you can still ask to delete your account: we email you a link.

Yes, in any modern browser on iPhone, Android or a computer. On iPhone, open grapevinee.com in Safari and add it to your Home Screen to get reminders.

Only what that member entered, such as your name, how to reach you and their notes, and only they can see it. We never merge it with anyone else’s entry, never show it to other members, and never contact you because of it. Write to privacy@grapevinee.com: once we’ve verified who you are, we can tell you whether we hold data about you, and correct or delete it, without telling the member who asked.
